Welcome returning campers!
Please use the below instructions to re-apply for this year's program.
We offer you the opportunity to send your application by mail or electronically. If completed electronically, please save your applications using the following format:
‘Last Name_First Name’.
How to Re-Apply:
- To register for camp this summer, please complete the attached registration form.
- If you choose to mail the form to us, please mail to:

- If you choose to email the form, please email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Please make sure to send the form back to us by February 1st to save your space. We will hold a space for your camper until February 1st. If we receive your registration form after that date, we cannot guarantee a session for your camper this summer.
- Once we receive your completed registration form, we will notify you of your session dates and provide you with your invoice for camp and parent/guardian handbook. We will also include all the paperwork that we need to serve your family member at camp.
Because of increased demands for the limited spaces in our programs, we cannot guarantee a session, so please do not make vacation plans until your application has been accepted and you have received your session dates.
